Experience: 2–5 Years
 
Profile: Capable professional with a solid understanding of construction and growing expertise in subcontracting business operations.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Have a basic understanding of reading contracts and having conversations with customers regarding scope of work.
• Manage small to mid-sized projects independently ($0-$2,000,000).
• Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and field teams.
• Develop and update project schedules, budgets, and forecasts.
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients and partners on assigned projects.
• Resolve project issues, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Mentor and provide guidance to Assistant Project Managers.

Development Focus:

• Strengthen financial acumen: billing, change order management, profitability tracking.
• Expand technical knowledge of building envelope assemblies and performance testing.
• Build leadership skills in managing teams and client relationships.
