Profile: Entry-level professional, often a recent graduate or individual with limited construction experience.
 

Key Responsibilities

• Assist Project Managers with project documentation, submittals, RFIs, and scheduling.
• Support project site visits, inspections, and quality checks.
• Track material orders, delivery schedules, and vendor communication.
• Learn project financials: budgets, change orders, and cost tracking.
• Shadow Project Managers to gain exposure to subcontracting business operations.

Development Focus:

• Build foundational knowledge of building envelope systems and construction processes.
• Gain familiarity with construction documents and contract administration.
• Develop confidence in client and subcontractor communication.
